By booking services, renting studio space, or sponsoring content with GJD Fotography LLC, you agree to the following:

💳 Booking & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures photography or videography services.

  1. Studio rental requires full payment at booking.

  2. Remaining balances are due on or before the session date.

  3. Overtime is billed at:

    • Events: $100/hour per team member

    • Studio: $100/hour

  4. Late payments accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Illinois law.

❌ Cancellations & 📦 Delivery

72+ hours notice → Reschedule allowed (subject to availability)

  • Less than 72 hours → Deposit forfeited

  • Less than 24 hours → Full balance due

Delivery:

  • Edited content delivered within 10–15 business days

  • Raw files available for additional purchase

  • Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files

  • GJD Fotography LLC retains full copyright ownership of all work created.

  • Clients receive a usage license based on their booking.

  • GJD reserves the right to use created content for portfolio and marketing (written opt-out required before publication).

  1. Studio Rental:

    • $100/hour (1-hour minimum)

    • $500 refundable damage deposit

    • Maximum 4 guests

  2. Liability:

    • Limited to 50% of total amount paid.

    • Mediation required before court action (Illinois jurisdiction).
